THE PROBLEM

Nobody owns the admin — and every usual fix stalls.

It lands on the person least able to afford the hours, or it barely gets done. There are three usual ways out.

01

Hire someone and rent their time

The old way, onshore or off. It clears the backlog, then plateaus — the work scales one hour at a time, every task is dependent on the person, and an onshore hire costs $90,000+ a year all-in.

02

Automate it yourself

Months of your own time to build what a professional ships in days — and nobody left to catch the exceptions or keep it alive when it breaks.

03

Buy automation from outsiders

External teams never learn the exceptions inside your processes, and big-bang builds break at the weakest step. What isn't understood can't be automated.

The tools are commoditised. Implementation is the advantage.

Operator-led

Introducing the Super Operator.

We place a trained offshore operator (like a VA) into your business, working in your timezone, who takes end-to-end ownership of admin, operations & marketing to learns your processes from the inside.

Automation is then built around workflows they have actually run — not around assumptions.

One hire. Compounding output.

Your operator

Runs the day-to-day from day one

Admin, operations, follow-ups and reporting — owned, not just assisted with.

Your build team

Ships automation around them every month

Every build stays maintained, so one hire keeps doing the work of several.

A loop, not a project

How it works.

Establish

We recruit, train and place your operator, set up access and tools, and agree the first priorities. Then the loop starts, and it doesn't stop.

Compounding
Every day · Run

Your operator owns the admin and operations, documenting each process as they learn it.

Every week · Build

The build team automates the workflows your operator has proven, using your monthly build-hour allowance.

Every month · Compound

Your operator takes on more scope as automation absorbs the manual work. We report what shipped and what it saved.

And back to Run — with less manual work than last month

Four ways to work with us

Where you start depends on who owns your admin today.

Four ways, one thesis: the people and the implementation both have to sit inside your business.

Super Operator — an operator who owns your admin, with automation built around them every month.

A trained offshore operator takes end-to-end ownership of your admin and operations, working your hours. Our build team then automates the workflows they've proven — so one hire keeps doing the work of several, and the output compounds every month.

Where this lands

The advantage goes to whoever implements first.

Everyone is somewhere on the AI learning curve — including senior leaders. The organisations that close the gap fastest will hold a real advantage. The ones that don't will find themselves moving slower than their competitors.

No-obligation AI Operator Audit.

Tell us the role you're considering — admin, finance, marketing or ops. We map it to a Super Operator and show you, concretely, what's possible inside your business.

You get back: a job description for the exact Super Operator role you'd hire, and example automations that could be built around it from day one.

Illustrative — real automations depend on your operator sitting inside your business and learning your actual processes.

FAQ

Questions we hear most.

1. Which model is right for my business?

It depends on who owns your admin today. If it's landingon you or someone senior and nobody owns it end-to-end, that's the SuperOperator — one person takes the function, and we build automation around them.If your processes already run at scale across several functions and theconstraint is build capacity rather than ownership, that's a Forward-DeployedAI Team. If you simply need an experienced person in a defined role —accounting, finance, e-commerce, operations — that's Offshore Hiring. And if you'rean AI startup where implementation is throttling growth, that's ourforward-deployed teams for AI startups. If you're not sure, tell us what's notworking on a call and we'll tell you which fits, including if none of them do.

2. What's the difference between the Super Operator and a Forward-Deployed AI Team?

Same thesis, different shape. The Super Operator puts onetrained operator inside your business to own a function, with a build teamautomating around them. A Forward-Deployed AI Team embeds the build capabilitydirectly — a transformation lead, delivery PM and automation engineer workingalongside your existing people, shipping micro-automations weekly acrossmultiple functions. The Super Operator is right when you need someone to ownthe work. The AI Team is right when your people already own it and the bottleneckis how fast it can be automated.

3. Do I need documented processes before we start?

No — and most clients don't have them. That's preciselywhy we sequence it the way we do. Your operator runs the process first, hitsthe exceptions, and documents what the workflow actually looks like on a badday. Only then does the build team automate it. Teams that automate from adiagram build against what someone remembered in a workshop; we build againstwhat's actually happened.

4. How is my data protected, and what happens to it?

Every automation runs in the tools and accounts youalready own — no Deskwork middleware, no shadow systems. Your data stays whereit is; we never copy or export it into our own systems to work on it. NDAs areexecuted before a single login is issued. You grant least-privilege access andcan revoke any of it at any time. Nothing gets added to your stack without yourapproval, and every automation is documented and reported before and after itgoes live.

5. What happens if I end the engagement?

Everything keeps running without us. Automations, documentation and SOPs are yours as they're built — not licensed back to you.On exit we revoke access, rotate credentials and hand over documentation.Engagements are month on month with a three-month minimum: long enough to givethe work a fair run, short enough that we keep earning it.

6. Who actually employs the person working in my business?

We do. Every operator, engineer and team member is aDeskwork employee, on our own infrastructure in the Philippines — never afreelancer, never subcontracted. You direct the work: priorities, tasks, standards and day-to-day direction, with them sitting in your comms channelsand systems, dedicated to you alone. We own recruitment, HR, compliance, equipment, payroll, support and retention. You never spend a day being anemployer in another country.

7. What if the person isn't the right fit?

We'd rather catch it early than replace someone late, which is why check-ins are scheduled rather than reactive — first week, fourweeks, then quarterly, with findings shared with you every time. Most frictionsurfaces in the first fortnight and is fixable: unclear scope, missing access,or expectations that were never made explicit on either side.

If it's genuinely not working, we replace them. Werecruit and place a replacement at no additional cost — no second recruitmentfee, no new establishment fee. You approved the first candidate and you'llapprove the replacement the same way; nobody joins your team without yoursay-so.

8. How do you measure whether this is working?

Every month you pay us, the goal is the same: turn thatspend into either margin you didn't have or hours you get back. We reportmonthly on what shipped and what it saved, with an executive review. Theprinciple we hold ourselves to is that this line item should never be a costcentre — it's either capacity going back into revenue-generating work, or hoursremoved from work you're paying for today.

9. Is my industry a fit?

We work across trades, property, e-commerce, beauty andprofessional services — typically founder-led businesses of 3 to 50 staffonshore. For offshore hiring specifically, we're deepest in accounting, finance, e-commerce and operations. What matters more than industry is whetherthere's genuinely enough defined work for someone to own, and whether you havethe internal structure to support them. We'll tell you honestly if you don't —we turn away the engagements this won't work for, and that's the reason ourretention sits at 98%.

10. How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the model, the role, the seniority andthe shape of the engagement — a shared operator four hours a day and a fullforward-deployed team are different propositions, and quoting a single numberfor both would be useless to you.

What we can tell you upfront: it's one fixed monthly fee.Salary, management, equipment, compliant hiring, data security and support areall inside a single invoice. There's no recruitment percentage, noper-placement fee, and no entity for you to set up offshore. Engagements runmonth on month with a three-month minimum, and you pay nothing until someoneactually starts working in your business.

You'll get a real number on the first call. We won't makeyou sit through a sequence to get it.
